RETURN POLICY
Return Policy: Returns require prior approval and an RMA number issued by us within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
We do not offer refunds.
No returns on sale, seasonal items, or collector's society items ordered with a customer's membership number.
Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier.
Therefore, please SAVE all packing materials.
You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise.
Any authorized return other than for damage or error on our part will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, plus actual shipping charges.
All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons, including applicable certificates with all shipping charges prepaid.
NOTE: All unauthorized or "freight collect" returns will be refused, and no credit will be issued.
