Shipping: Gerry, Kathy or Barbara will notify you via email or phone when to expect your order, if there are any delays, or if any items are unavailable. Our preferred shipping method is via USPS Priority, Express Mail, or DHL. Faster shipping options are available upon request.
Payment: We accept all major Credit Cards, cashier's checks, and U.S. postal money orders. Merchandise will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared.
Special Orders: All special orders must be paid in full at time of order, and may NOT be cancelled once we have ordered your merchandise.
Return Policy: All merchandise is guaranteed to be of kind and quality shown. Returns require prior approval and an RMA number issued by us within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. We do not offer refunds. No returns on sale, seasonal items, or collector's society items ordered with a customer's membership number. Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier. You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. Any authorized return other than for damage or error on our part will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, plus actual shipping charges. All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons, including applicable certificates with all shipping charges prepaid.
NOTE: All unauthorized or "freight collect" returns will be refused, and no credit will be issued.
